As a Co-Founder of Girls Nite Out Productions, Jennifer is very passionate and dedicated to the mission of the organization and loves the entire process of mounting a show. She has an artistic eye for the overall aesthetic and works tirelessly on behalf of the cast and our audiences to achieve excellence in all aspects of a production. She recently rejoined the Board after a few years hiatus and is beyond thrilled that GNOP is thriving in its second decade. She has been fortunate to have performed with many different theater companies in Vermont playing some iconic characters: Masha in Vanya and Sonya and Masha and Spike, Miss Hannigan in Annie, Jeannie in The Great American Trailer Park Musical, Mama Morton in Chicago, Asaka in Once on this Island, Tanya in Mamma Mia, Vulva Savannah in Saucy Jack and the Space Vixens, M ‘Lynn Eatenton in GNOP’s 2010 inaugural production of Steel Magnolias. And in 2018 Jennifer won Broadway World’s Best Actress in a Musical for her portrayal of Mama Rose in Gypsy. A native New Yorker, she holds a BA in Theater from Marymount Manhattan College and attended The Neighborhood Playhouse. She has two grown children and lives in South Burlington with her husband, Eric.
